Known for his client-first approach, Michael has been instrumental in shaping Clarify Capital's commitment to service, excellence and innovation.
A proud graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance, Michael combines technical proficiency with strategic insight. Beyond his professional achievements, he values travel and quality time with his family, embodying a well-rounded approach to life and leadership.

Bryan's journey into alternative finance began in 2011 after graduating from the University of Arizona, where he discovered his passion for championing small businesses. He thrives on hearing entrepreneurial stories and making their growth aspirations a reality through innovative funding solutions.
Since co-founding Clarify Capital in 2017, Bryan has led the charge in securing over $700M in funding for business owners, turning countless visions into success stories. Away from the office, Bryan treasures quality time with his family, a reflection of his belief in fostering connections both professionally and personally.

Paddy brings over seven years of sales and marketing experience to Clarify Capital. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Reading and a postgraduate degree in Sports Management & Marketing from the University of London. Known for his ability to merge analytical insights with creative strategies, Paddy excels in driving growth and boosting business performance.
Outside of work, Paddy is an avid soccer fan and player, with a deep passion for Manchester United. His love for the sport often influences his dynamic and competitive approach in the professional arena.

With over 15 years in financial services, Dan delivers tailored solutions that drive growth, manage risk, and enhance performance for companies from startups to Fortune 500s. He brings deep expertise in capital strategy, commercial lending, and structured finance, having advised thousands of business leaders across a broad range of industries.
Dan focuses on aligning financial strategy with business goals to deliver scalable, measurable results while building lasting relationships. He holds a business management degree from the University of Hartford and lives on Long Island, NY with his wife and three children.

With a background that spans industries, from the service sector and higher education to B2B SaaS, James brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, and writing.

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Rashaun has worked across diverse domains including full stack web development, blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, and backend data engineering. He combines deep technical expertise with a passion for building scalable solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
Beyond his professional work, Rashaun is fueled by a curiosity for science, technology, and engineering, often sharing insights with the broader community. He holds a strong creative side as well, balancing his love for coding with music and sports. When he’s not committing code to GitHub, you’ll likely find him playing guitar or on the ice playing hockey.

After receiving his degree in finance from the LeBow college of business at Drexel University, he began his career with his family's 25 year old equine business and thus deeply understands the importance of small business and its success.
